Return Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We understand that, occasionally, you may need to return merchandise, and we are happy to consider your request.  However, it is our expectation that the items being returned will be in a condition that allows Rachel Duarte Design Studio, LLC. (RDDS) to resell these products. Should you choose to return your product(s), an email must be sent to info@rachelduarteds.com within 30 days of the item being received by you, with photos of item and reason for return. Customers are responsible for arranging for return freight.  All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.  No COD shipments are accepted.  Freight charges on the initial shipment are nonrefundable. We do not accept international returns.

Items must arrive at our warehouse in original new condition and in their original packaging.  You may open and inspect an item, however they must be repackaged as originally sent, including all hardware and instructions.  A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice price will be charged for all returns.

This policy applies to products purchased directly from RDDS. All sales are final on Sale items. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
